WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Thursday, EMS personnel responded to 11 general medical calls, two cardiac cases, one respiratory case, one diabetic case, two seizures and one obstetric call.

— At 1:46 p.m. Thursday, firefighters were called to 123 Hampton Ave. for an electrical fire.

— At 1:25 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 1605 Fortune Drive. It was a false alarm.

— At 6:15 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 28 Buckner St. It was a false alarm.

Charged

— Camilla Fraley, 34, of Richmond, was charged Thursday with careless driving, no registration plate, no insurance, driving under the influence and expired license.

— At 9:04 a.m. Thursday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 8690 Mount Sterling Road.

— At 10:08 a.m. Thursday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at Fountain Circle, 200 Glenway Road.

— At 4:22 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a vehicle fire near the 98 mile marker on Interstate 64.

— At 7:33 a.m. Friday, firefighters were called to Irvine Road and Hilltop Drive for a smell of gas.

— At 7:58 a.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 1100 Baesler Lane.
