CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Victor Williams, 24, of Lexington, was charged Friday with driving under the influencer.

— Camilla Harris, 26, of 27 Denny Ave., was charged Friday with careless driving, driving under the influence, no registration plate, and possession of marijuana.

— Shane Caudill, 35, of 503 Ellison Court, was charged Sunday with improper signal driving under the influence, possession of a controlled substance (two counts), possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, no insurance and was served a warrant.

— Julie Atkins, 53, of Powhatan, Virginia, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence (second offense), possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license, tampering with physical evidence and resisting arrest.

— Jody Lamb, 35, of 8481 Old Boonesboro Road, was charged Wednesday with fourth-degree assault and possession of marijuana.

Reports

— At 5:28 p.m. Saturday, deputies were called to 4332 Crowe Ridge Road after someone broke into a garage and took several items.

— At 12:28 a.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to 8481 Old Boonesboro Road concerning an assault.

— At 8:23 a.m. Dec. 20, deputies were called to 915 Little Stoner Road after someone broke into a garage and took several items.

Accidents

— At 12:53 p.m. Friday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Paris Road in which Victor D. Williams of Lexington was traveling north when his vehicle went off the side of the road into a ditch and struck a utility pole and a fence. Williams was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries. He was later charged with driving under the influence.

— At 6:45 a.m. Monday, deputies responded to a injury on the Mountain Parkway near the 4 mile marker in which two vehicles, driven by Matthew C. Blose of 439 Chaucer Court and James Book of 2647 Pine Ridge Road, lost control of their vehicles after crossing an ice-covered bridge. Book’s vehicle went into the median and struck a guardrail. Blose’s vehicle struck the same guardrail and then struck Book’s vehicle. Both were transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— From Friday through Tuesday, EMS personnel responded to 61 general medical calls, 10 cardiac cases, five respiratory cases, two diabetic cases, one stroke and three seizures.

— At 6:45 a.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at the 4 mile marker on the Mountain Parkway.

— At 9:41 .am. Monday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Fulton Road and Oxford Drive.

— At 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at the Clark County Detention Center, 30 Wall St. It was a false alarm.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 10:19 a.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Edd Lane.

— At 2:18 p.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Athens Boonesboro Road.

— At 12:23 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Nest Egg Road.

— At 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Ash Drive.

— At 7:15 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Jameson Way.

Charged

— Jason W. Baker, 47, was charged Saturday with first-degree criminal abuse.

— Melissa Mechelle Baker, 41, was charged Saturday with first-degree criminal abuse and was served a warrant.

— Marie Ann Becraft, 31, was charged Saturday with theft by unlawful taking, second-degree fleeing or evading police and was served a warrant.

— James C. Book, 60, was charged Friday with theft by deception.

— Brian Buckland, 40, was charged Friday with carrying a concealed deadly weapon and was served a warrant.

— Lisa Deaton, 49, was charged Saturday with alcohol intoxication, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and third-degree assault.

— Patrick Mashawn Ford, 23, was charged Saturday with disarming a peace officer, disorderly conduct and public intoxication.

— Kelly Renee Hatton, 21, was charged Friday with theft by unlawful taking.

— Donte L. Jordan, 30, was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct and carrying a concealed deadly weapon.

— Casey Marie Lewis, 31, was charged Sunday with theft by unlawful taking.

— Ova A. Ratliff, 41, was charged Sunday with theft by unlawful taking.

— William Jemele Stewart, 38, was charged Tuesday with first-degree wanton endangerment.

— Ashley D. Wafford, 34, was charged Monday with theft by unlawful taking and non-payment of fines.

— Calieb Anthony Walters, 23, was charged Sunday with fourth-degree assault and resisting arrest.

— At 8:06 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 1466 W. Lexington Ave. concerning a suspicious person. Donte Jordan was arrested on multiple charges.

— At 12:05 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 1415 Westwood Drive after a vehicle was vandalized.

— At 5:03 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 480 Bullion Blvd. concerning a disorderly person. Lisa Deaton was arrested on multiple charges.

— At 9:20 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 900 Bypass Road concerning a counterfeit $20 bill.

— At 4:37 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to 148 Magnolia St. concerning a person causing problems. Calieb Walters was arrested on multiple charges.

— At 4:50 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to Speedway, 39 S. Maple St., concerning a theft of food and drinks.

— At 2:11 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 402 Pepperwood Court concerning a theft from a vehicle.

— At 2:35 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a theft. Casey Marie Lewis was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.

— At 2:13 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a theft. Ova A. Ratliff was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.

— At 4:56 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a person attempting to pass a counterfeit $20 bill.

— At 10:30 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 127 Buffalo Trace concerning a stolen vehicle.

— At 12:07 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 1695 Bypass Road concerning an assault.

— At 12:58 a.m. Monday, officers were called to Clark County Community Services, 30 Taylor Ave., for an alarm sounding. Several doors were damaged.

— At 10:06 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 317 W. Broadway St. concerning vandalized vehicles.

— At 5:49 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 27 W. Broadway St. concerning a theft. Ashley D. Wafford was arrested on multiple charges.

— At 8:10 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 1100 Interstate Drive concerning a person bitten by a dog.

— At 11:04 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 300 C.G. Stephenson Drive concerning an assault.

— At 3:46 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 49 Evans St. concerning a possible assault. William Stewart was arrested for first-degree wanton endangerment

Accidents

— At 9:41 a.m. Monday, officers responded to an injury accident at 1303 Fulton Road in which Betty T. Lay of London attempted to turn from Oxford Drive onto Fulton Road. Lay lost control of her vehicle and struck a parked vehicle at 1303 Fulton Road owned by Melissa Crase of Vancleve. Crase was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
