WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— From Friday through Sunday, EMS personnel responded to 39 general medical calls, two cardiac cases, nine respiratory cases, two diabetic cases, three strokes and three overdoses.

— At 2:08 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Lexington Avenue and Carol Road.

— At 4:40 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Shala Mar Rue and Lexington Road.

— At 8:37 a.m. Saturday, firefighters assisted Clark County Fire with a barn fire at 3562 Water Works Road.

— At 10:27 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at the Clark County Detention Center, 30 Wall St. it was a false alarm.

— At 9:47 a.m. Sunday, firefighters were called to 225 Oxford Drive for smoke in the hall. It was caused by food on a stove.

— At 2:02 p.m. Sunday, firefighters were called to 241 S. Highland St. for smoke in a residence. It was caused by food on a stove.

— At 2:21 p.m. Sunday, EMS personnel assisted Clark County Fire with a motor vehicle accident on Dry Fork Road.

— At 10:44 p.m. Sunday, firefighters were called to 29 Fairview Ave. for smoke in a residence. It was caused by food on a stove.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 2:11 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Lexington Avenue and Carol Road.

— At 4:43 p.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 1100 Baesler Lane.

— At 4:51 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at 222 Lamond Ruelle.

— At 8:03 a.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a barn fire at 3562 Water Works Road.

— At 2:22 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Dry Fork and Epperson roads.

— At 4:10 p.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 25 Lynnway Drive.

— At 9:19 p.m. Sunday, firefighters were called to Redwing Drive for a smell of gas in the area.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Lisa C. Baker, 38, was charged Sunday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— William Thomas Brogli, 30, was charged Saturday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.

— Brandon L. Evans, 28, was charged Sunday with theft by unlawful taking, possession of drug paraphernalia, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, third-degree possession of a controlled substance, failure to appear, contempt of court and non-payment of fines.

— Hannah R. Goodan, 20, was charged Saturday with public intoxication and first-degree possession of a controlled substance (two counts).

— Kelly Renee Hatton, 23, was charged Sunday with theft by unlawful taking,

— Anthony Scott Hisle, 33, was charged Friday with second-degree criminal trespass, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— Courtney Diann Pasley, 27, was charged Saturday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and was served a warrant.

— Jessica P. Stamper, 33, was charged Saturday with theft by unlawful taking.

Reports

— At 6:06 p.m. Friday, officers took a report concerning a stolen debit card.

— At 10:34 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 4 Memorial Park concerning a theft.

— At 10:46 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a theft. Jessica P. Stamper was arrested for theft by unlawful taking and Brandon L. Evans was arrested on multiple charges.

— At 10:57 a.m. Sunday, officers took a report concerning a person threatening to kill the caller.

— At 4:21 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 314 E. Broadway St. for a domestic disturbance and possible assault.

— At 5:47 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 4 W. Washington St. concerning a theft. Kelly Renee Hatton was arrested for theft by unlawful taking.
