WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Wednesday, EMS personnel responded to 17 general medical calls, one cardiac case, two respiratory cases, one seizure and one overdose.

— At 5:43 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 127 Teal Lane.

— At 6:34 p.m Wednesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 230 Bender Lane.

— At 7:04 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 2225 Thompson Station Road.

— At 7:38 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 5855 Rockwell Road.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— David Michael Flack, 40, was charged Wednesday with tampering with physical evidence and bring a fugitive from another state.

— Donna B. Throckmorton, 40, was charged Wednesday with second-degree possession of a controlled substance and first-degree promoting contraband.

Reports

— At 9:34 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 6 Jefferson St. after someone broke into several trucks.

— At 1:42 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to Rural King, 951 Bypass Road, concerning missing firearms which were not received by the store.

— At 2:55 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 2 S. Burns Ave. concerning an assault.
