CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— McKenna Barton, 25, of 10 Howard Drive, was charged Sunday with first-degree criminal trespassing.

— Shay Hathaway, 40, of 415 L&E Junction Road, was charged Sunday with first-degree criminal trespassing.

— Sherry Hathaway, 40, of 5043 Ecton Road, was charged Sunday with first-degree criminal trespassing.

Reports

— At 9:13 a.m. Jan. 1, deputies were called to 5934 Irvine Road after property was taken from a residence.

— At 8:50 a.m. Jan. 1, deputies were called to 3400 Revilo Road concerning a theft of tools and a welder from a garage.

— At 5:46 p.m. Sunday, deputies were called to 511 Edison Court concerning a possible fraudulent use of a credit card.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— During the weekend, EMS personnel responded to 37 general medical calls, eight cardiac cases, five respiratory cases, four seizures and four overdoses.

— At 7:04 a.m. and 10:57 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded to alarms sounding at 28 Buckner St. Both incidents were false alarms.

— At 4:55 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident near the 94 mile marker on Interstate 64.

— At 6:49 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident near the 8 mile marker on the Mountain Parkway.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 11:31 a.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 6060 Paris Road.

— At 4:55 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an injury accident near the 94 mile marker on Interstate 64.

— At 6:49 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an injury accident near the 8 mile marker on the Mountain Parkway.

— At 12:16 a.m. Saturday, firefighter assisted with a search for a missing person.

— At 12:10 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 6940 Ecton Road.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Gina Cline Davis, no age given, was charged Friday with alcohol intoxication, possession of drug paraphernalia and second-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— Jasmine L. Fox, 30, was charged Friday with first-degree criminal trespass (two counts).

— Barbara Faye Simonson, 41, was charged Sunday with tampering with physical evidence, possession of drug paraphernalia and was served a warrant.

—  Jon M. Southern, 30, was charged Saturday with being a fugitive from another state.

— At 3:05 p.m. Saturday, officers took a report concerning a stolen wallet.

— At 3:25 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 314 Carolina Ave. concerning a domestic disturbance.

— At 11:49 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 495 Hidden Hills Way concerning harassing phone calls.

— At 9:48 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 514 E. Washington St. after someone broke into Freewill Baptist Church on East Washington Street.
