Rosalinde E. Phillips, 57, wife of Bruce Phillips, passed away on January 3, 2019 at her home after a long illness.

She was born in Germany, on January 13, 1962 to Wilham and Elfriede Flickinger. She graduated from GRC, served in the US Marine Corps, and retired from Clark Co Schools.

She is survived by her sister, Vera (Mike) Smith,Winchester; brothers Ronald (Debbie) Flickinger, Winchester and Gerald Flickinger, Ok.; sister-in-law Sussie Flickinger, Lexington; nephews Jammie (Crystal) Flickinger, Ove and Daniel Smith, Winchester.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brothers Arman and Mathins Flickinger.

Visitation will be Tuesday, January 8 from 5-7 pm at Rolan G Taylor Funeral Home, Winchester and burial in Camp Nelson on Friday, January 11 at 12:30 pm.
