Shelby Jean Hill, 81, widow of John Varaska and formerly of Greer, Sc. , passed away Friday, January 4, 2019.

She was born December 8, 1937 in Breathitt Co., Ky. to Victor and Roxie Bradley Hale.

She is survived by her children, Susan Wallace of Winchester, Ky., Judith (Jerome) Simmons of Columbus, Ohio and Diane (Lee) Zavala if Baytown, Tx.; grandchildren, Greg Wallace, Emily (Vince) Slone, William Wallace, Jessica (Dean) Rivera, Joshua (Leslie) Simmons, Leah and Zachary Zavala; one great granddaughter, Sully Zavala, She also had six brothers and one sister.

Services will be held Thursday, January 10, at 7 pm. at Rolan G Taylor Funeral Home, 289 S. Main St., Winchester, Ky. Visitation will be from 5-7 pm till the hour of service.
