— Darick Barnett, theft by unlawful taking, amended to attempt, pleaded guilty, 180 days conditionally discharged, restitution.

— Danielle Brake, first-degree promoting contraband (two counts), amended to attempt, pleaded guilty, 360 days jail or rehab, sentencing Jan. 30.

— Tammy W. Cain, public intoxication, dismissed; theft by unlawful taking, pleaded guilty, 180 days, 178 days conditionally discharged; tampering with physical evidence, amended to attempt, pleaded guilty, concurrent sentence; possession of drug paraphernalia, dismissed.
