CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Darrell Ritchie, 48, of 409 Cunningham Lane, was charged Thursday with no registration plate, no registration receipt, no insurance, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence (second offense), first-degree possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a forged instrument.

— Joshua Watts, 33, of Lexington, was charged Thursday with third-degree criminal trespass.

Reports

— At 9;15 a.m. Thursday, deputies were called to 590 Mountain View Lane after someone used the caller’s information to cash a check at Walmart.

— At 11:20 a.m. Thursday, deputies were called to 890 Miller Hunt Road after the caller’s dog was attacked by two other dogs owned by a neighbor.

— At 3:35 p.m. Thursday, deputies were called to Storage Rentals of America concerning a theft.

Accidents

— At 3:50 a.m. Thursday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Ford Road in which Charles Sparks of Lexington was traveling north when his truck went off the road and struck a tree. He was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Thursday, EMS personnel responded to 12 general medical calls, two cardiac cases, two respiratory cases, one diabetic case and one seizure.

— At 3:50 a.m. Thursday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident at Four Mile Road and Brookshire Lane.

— At 6:36 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to an accident involving a vehicle and pedestrian at 44 N. Maple St.
