— Jason Stump, third-degree assault (three counts), pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year concurrent, probated for two years; endangering the welfare of a minor, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 30 days concurrent; resisting arrest, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 30 days concurrent; third-degree criminal mischief, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 30 days concurrent.
