FIRE-EMS

— On Thursday, EMS personnel responded to 15 general medical calls and one respiratory case.

— At 7:27 a.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Jackson and Jefferson streets.

— At 8:33 a.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at 5450 Mount Sterling Road.

— During the weekend, EMS personnel responded to 27 general medical calls, five cardiac cases, three respiratory cases, one stroke, two seizures and one overdose.

— At 2:33 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a natural gas leak at 708 S. Maple St.

— At 9:17 a.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident involving a pedestrian.

— At 11:55 a.m. Saturday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident at the 101 mile marker on Interstate 64.

— At 5:11 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Main and Washington streets.

— At 8:21 a.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 421 Wellington Way. It was a false alarm.

— On Monday, EMS personnel responded to nine general medical calls, one respiratory case, one cardiac case and one diabetic case.

— At 12:23 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Lexington Avenue and Carol Road.

— At 1:45 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to a vehicle fire at 306 Asher Lane.

— At 11:30 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at Fountain Circle Health and Rehabilitation, 200 Glenway Road.

— At 8:30 a.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at 5450 Mount Sterling Road.

— At 2:42 p.m. Thursday, firefighters were called to 139 Jefferson St. for an investigation.

— At 3:11 p.m. Thursday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 107 Mallard Lane.

— At 7:50 p.m. Thursday, firefighters were called to 4330 Colby Road for a smell of gas in the area.

— At 11:54 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 175 Old Muddy Creek Road.

— At 10:44 a.m. Saturday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 7825 Red River Road.

— At 1:13 p.m. Saturday firefighters responded to an injury accident at the 101 mile marker on Interstate 64.

SHERIFF

Charged

— Rose Crim, 21, of 364 Market St., was charged Thursday with receiving stolen property, driving under the influence, no operator’s license, second-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Sean Ashton Hall, 21, of Wallingford, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence, possession of open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and reckless driving.

— John T. Hamilton, 35, of 531 Constitution Drive, was charged Saturday with fourth-degree assault.

— Jennifer R. Hamilton, 37, of 531 Constitution Drive, was charged Saturday with fourth-degree assault.

Reports

— At 3:40 p.m. Thursday, deputies were called to 5100 Revilo Road concerning a stolen vehicle. The vehicle was located at a Marathon station. The driver, Rose Crim, was arrested on multiple charges.

— At 11:56 a.m. Thursday, deputies were called to 415 L&E Junction Road reported a theft of appliances and damage to a residence.

— At 5:55 p.m Thursday, deputies took a report concerning a theft of unemployment checks.

— At 3:25 p.m. Sunday, deputies were called to 4049 Basin Spring Road concerning a stolen trailer.

— At 7:13 p.m. Friday, deputies were called to 424 Lasalle Drive for a terroristic threatening and vandalism complaint.

— At 7:35 p.m. Saturday, deputies were called to 801 Ash Drive after a handgun was recovered. The gun had been reported stolen in Mississippi in 1994.

— At 12:30 p.m. Saturday, deputies were called to 7727 Wades Mill Road after someone used the caller’s credit card information to make purchases in another county.

— At 11:08 a.m. Friday, deputies took a report concerning a scam and a fraudulent check.

Charged

— Erica Dawn Wake, 31, was charged Thursday as a fugitive from another state.

— Gregory S. Barnett, 54, was charged Friday with no or expired registration plate, failure to maintain insurance and driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license.

— Joseph James Cook, 26, was charged Sunday with fourth-degree assault.

— Patricia N. Gayheart, 47, was charged Friday with theft by deception over $10,000.

— Nicholas Ray Ritchie, 49, was charged Friday with second-degree criminal trespass and theft of property.

— Michael Sims, 36, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence.

— David J. Smallwood, 30, was charged Sunday with theft by unlawful taking and was served a warrant.

— Vard Noble, 42, was charged Monday with first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.

— Ricky L. Sparks, 59, was charged Monday with possession of marijuana and was served a warrant.

— At 3:06 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 3 Sylvania Ave. concerning a theft from a truck.
