— Kelli Borwning, influence or attempt winning lottery prize, waived to grand jury.

— Joshua W. Couch, second-degree assault, amended to fourth-degree assault, 360 days.

— Todd Daugherty, flagrant non-support, stipulated to probable cause, amended to attempt, dismissed; contempt of court, pleaded guilty, three days.

— James A. Dixon, theft of identity, amended to giving false name or address, pleaded guilty, 180 days, 90 days conditionally discharged; driving on a suspended operator’s license, amended to no operator’s license in possession, pleaded guilty, 15 days concurrent.

— Jacob Sellars, flagrant non-support, amended to non-support, pleaded guilty, 180 days.

— Billy J. Dunn, theft by deception, pleaded guilty, 360 days, 336 days conditionally discharged; restitution; contempt of court, dismissed.

— Tara Hale, theft by unlawful taking, pleaded guilty, seven days.

— Debra Lukasavage, fugitive from justice, dismissed.
