CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Charged
— Kayla Spencer, 28, of 125 Buckner St., was charged Thursday with theft by unlawful taking.
Reports
— At 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to 16 Howard Drive after a mailbox was knocked down.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— On Thursday, EMS personnel responded to seven general medical calls, two cardiac cases and one stroke.
— At 9:20 a.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 707 Boone Ave.
— At 11:36 a.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 160 Pedro Way.
— At 2:29 p.m. Thursday, firefighters were called to 55 N. Main St. after a vehicle struck a building.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 7:12 p.m. Thursday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at Fountain Circle Health and Rehabilitation, 200 Glenway Road.
WINCHESTER POLICE
Charged
— Natasha A. Tincher, no age given, was charged Thursday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and second-degree possession of a controlled substance.
Reports
— At 5:10 p.m. Thursday, officers took a report concerning a fraudulent purchase on a credit card.
Accidents
— At 2:27 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to 55 N. Main St. after a vehicle struck the Dairy Queen. The driver, Wayne Fields of 274 Greenway Drive, said his vehicle would not stop as he pulled into a parking space. His vehicle crossed the sidewalk and struck the building. Fields was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries. No other injuries were reported.
