CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Terrell Cain-Byington, 55, of 500 Treehaven Drive, was charged Wednesday with use of electronic communication system to procure a minor for sex, tampering with physical evidence and first-degree sexual abuse.

— Kevin Slone, 47, of 213 Moss Circle, was charged Wednesday with fourth-degree assault.

Reports

— At 11 a.m. Wednesday, deputies took a report concerning a firearm which was missing from a vehicle.

— At 9:04 a.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to 4880 Snow Creek Road after someone broke into a garage and a house under constriction. Several light fixtures, a table saw and an air compressor were taken.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— AT 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Edison Court.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Wednesday, EMS personnel responded to 10 general medical calls, one cardiac case, two respiratory cases, two seizures and two overdoses.

— At 1:52 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to a vehicle fire at Paris Road and Fortune Drive.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Cayla Rhae Boggs, 32, was charged Wednesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (two counts) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— William Duke, 40, was charged Wednesday with second-degree assault.

Reports

— At 11:11 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 843 Bypass Road after someone broke into a car and stole a purse.

— At 12:47 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 146 W. Lexington Ave. for a property damage complaint.

— At 3:40 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 18 Waveland Ave. after someone attempted to break into a shed.

— At 4:19 p.m. Wednesday, officers took a report concerning a stolen truck.

— At 5:46 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 27 E. Washington St. for a domestic disturbance. William Duke was arrested for second-degree assault.

— At 6:43 p.m. Wednesday, officers took a report concerning a stolen vehicle.

— At 11:59 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 108 Susan Court after a known male kicked in the front door
