CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Chad I. Barrett, 45, of 675 Logan Lick Road, was charged Monday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and was served a warrant and a summons.

— Jamie Wilhoit, 30, of Richmond, was charged Tuesday with possession of marijuana.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Tuesday, EMS personnel responded to 12 general medical calls, one cardiac case, one respiratory case, one stroke and two seizures.

— At 9:34 a.m. and 2 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to alarms sounding at 30 Oliver St. Both incidents were false alarms.

— At 1:41 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 3400 Corporate Drive. It was a false alarm.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Mario Landon Blount, 58, was charged Tuesday with fourth-degree assault.

— Anthony Roscoe Hill, 45, was charged Tuesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and was served two warrants.

Reports

— At 2:30 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 125 Buckner St. concerning a person beating on the front door.

— At 12:44 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 418 Pearl St. for a fight in progress.

— At 1:08 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 418 Pearl St. concerning a theft.

— At 5:59 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning a fraud complaint.

— At 6:19 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 27 W. Broadway St. concerning a theft.

— At 7:01 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning an emergency protection order.

— At 7:17 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road concerning an assault. Mario Blount was arrested and charged with fourth-degree assault.

— At 7:51 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 620 N. Maple St. concerning a theft of beer.
