— Brian Keith Berryman, 31, was charged Thursday with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and resisting arrest.

— Jason E. Ralls, 36, was charged Thursday with one headlight, no or expired registration plate, failure to maintain insurance and possession of marijuana.

— At 1:17 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to Clark Regional Medical Center, 175 Hospital Drive, for a fight in progress. Brian Berryman was arrested on multiple charges.

— At 9:07 a.m. Thursday, officers wer called to 203 Forest Ave. after someone broke into multiple AT&T trucks.

— At 10:49 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to 148 Magnolia St. concerning a stolen vehicle.

— At 12:03 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to Rural King, 951 Bypass Road, concerning a gun which was never delivered.

— At 3:11 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 21 A St. after someone broke into a residence and took items.

— At 3:59 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 204 Aubrey Lane concerning a tehft of tools and a phone.
