The following criminal cases were resolved in Clark Circuit Court Feb. 14, 2019, with Judge Jean Chenault Logue presiding.

— Billy Joe Ross, first-degree arson, amended to second-degree arson, pleaded guilty, recommended 10 years, sentencing March 21.

— Joseph J. Colella, failure to comply with sex offender registration, pleaded guilty, recommended three years; first-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed; sentencing March 21.

— Eric Johnson, flagrant non-support, pleaded guilty, recommended two years and one day; first-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed; sentencing April 11.

— Verlin Smith III, second-degree assault, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 10 years; first-degree criminal abuse, pleaded guilty, sentenced to five years concurrent.

— Johnny Keith Ratliff, second-degree criminal abuse, sentenced to one year.

— Tiffany L. Poynter, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, sentenced to six years; possession of drug paraphernalia, sentenced to 365 days concurrent; third-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, sentenced to one year concurrent; second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, sentenced to 365 days concurrent; second-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed.

— Jeffrey T. Wisecup, reckless homicide, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year.

— Charles D. Chandler, probation violation, stipulated to violation, 15 days, probation extended one year.

— Eric S. Rogers, probation violation, stipulated to violation, sentenced to one year.

— James Robert Conner, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (four counts), pleaded guilty, recommended five years concurrent; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, dismissed; second-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed; sentencing April 11.

— Leah N. McQuinley, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two counts), pleaded guilty, recommended one year consecutive, diverted for three years, sentencing March 21.

— Carol Ratliff, theft by deception, pleaded guilty, recommended five years; theft of identity (six counts), pleaded guilty, recommended one year concurrent; fraudulent use of a credit card, pleaded guilty, recommended one year concurrent; unlawful access to a computer, pleaded guilty, recommended five years concurrent; trafficking in stolen identities (four counts), pleaded guilty, recommended five years concurrent; sentencing April 11.
