CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— John Gaither, 75, of 264 Calmes Blvd., was charged Tuesday with fourth-degree assault.

— Andrew Worley, 23, of 570 Constitution Drive, was charged Tuesday with third-degree burglary (three counts).

Accidents

— At 3:03 p.m. Monday, deputies responded to an injury accident at 3639 Old Boonesboro Road in which a vehicle driven by Brittany L. Daniel of Lexington went off the road into a ditch line and overturned. Daniel was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Tuesday, EMS personnel responded to 18 general medical calls, three cardiac cases, one respiratory case, three seizures and one overdose.

— At 11:32 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an oven fire at 113 S. Main St. Apt. 6.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Justin B. Lockard, 35, was charged Tuesday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two counts) and was served a warrant.

— James Eric Stamper, 37, was charged Tuesday with careless driving, possession of marijuana and second-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— Krissy L. Stamper, 37, was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking.

Reports

— At 12:25 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a theft. Krissy Stamper was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.

— At 7:19 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 508 College St. concerning an assault.

— At 8:04 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning an emergency protection order.
