WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Wednesday, EMS personnel responded to 13 general medical calls, three cardiac cases and one stroke.

Charged

— Jacob A. Bowman, 31, was charged Wednesday with fourth-degree assault.

— Zachary T. Bradshaw, 33, was charged Wednesday with theft by unlawful taking, fugitive from another state and was served two warrants.

— Keithyon Reginald Nelson, 25, was charged Wednesday with second-degree wanton endangerment.

Reports

— At 2:46 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 1216 W. Lexington Ave. concerning a person trying to break into mailboxes.

— At 4:25 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to Main and Broadway streets concerning an assault. Jacob A. Bowman was arrested for fourth-degree assault.

— At 6:06 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a theft. Zachary T. Bradshaw was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.
