— AARP income tax preparation assistance, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Central Baptist Church annex, 101 W. Lexington Ave. Service is free for all taxpayers through the AARP Tax-Aide Foundation. Taxpayers should bring their previous year’s return and all documentation for 2018 income, proof of taxes paid and contributions required for those who itemize. The program is Mondays and Tuesdays through April 15.

— Intro to Smart Cycling, 6 p.m. at the Clark County Public Library. Become a safer, more confident bicycle rider with this short safety course provided by Walk‐Bike Clark County. Learn about parts of a bike, essential equipment, and how to safely and comfortably ride in various traffic conditions, terrain and climates. Course taught by a League Certified Instructor. — Walking the Walk: Lifestyles for Continued Health and Wellness, 6:30 p.m. at College Park Gym. A panel of Winchester Parks and Recreation fitness instructors and members will share their weight loss stories, including the varied routes through which they maintained weight loss success. — Knights of Columbus Lenten fish fry, 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church. Menu includes fish, hush puppies, cole slaw, twisty taters and a drink. Cheese pizza will be available for children. Homemade clam chowder will be available for $10 per quart or $4 per bowl. Meal is $10 for adults, $9 for seniors and $5 for children.

— I Was Here street museum reception, 7 p.m. at Leeds Center for the Arts. The mission of the project is to create a memorial to those who were sold into slavery and in doing so, to seek a path beyond who we were and move toward a vision of who we could be. The project aims to instill a deeper understanding of our common humanity and to create a means to “see the world with different eyes.” Sponsored by The Greater Clark Foundation and Clark County Community Foundation.
