WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— On Monday, EMS personnel responded to 13 general medical calls, two cardiac cases, two respiratory cases and one obstetric case.
— At 10:12 a.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Maple and Washington streets.
— At 9:07 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Lexington and Clintonville roads.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 11:54 a.m. Monday, firefighters were called to Gawthrop Drive for a report of smoke in the area.
— At 9:09 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Lexington and Clintonville roads.
— At 6:30 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Crowe Ridge Road.
WINCHESTER POLICE
Charged
— Dale Davidson, 57, was charged Monday with obstructed vision or windshield and driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license.
— Pasha Fawn Dutram, 26, was charged Saturday with no or expired registration plate, failure to maintain insurance, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance and trafficking in a controlled substance.
— Edward J. Edinger, 37, was charged Sunday with theft by unlawful taking, second-degree fleeing or evading police and resisting arrest.
— Sandra A. Embs, 49, was charged Friday with driving under the influence.
— Tyler Andrew Hall, 21, was charged Saturday with felony custodial interference.
— Paul E. Lesage, 41, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence.

— At 1:12 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 122 Old Bottom Road, concerning an assault.
— At 8:06 p.m. Saturday, officers wer called to 431 Country Club Drive for an investigation. Tyler Andrew Hall was arrested for felony custodial interference.
— At 9:45 p.m. Saturday, officers wer called to Clark Regional Medical Center, 175 Hospital Drive, after a woman wanted to make a complaint about marijuana distribution on Terry Drive.
— At 12:02 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 214 Buffalo Trace after someone attempted to break into a vehicle.
— At 1:22 p.m. Sunday, officers took a report concerning a lost wallet.
— At 1:36 p.m. Sunday, officers took a report concerning a property damage complaint.
— At 2:53 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to Kroger, 1661 Bypass Road, after a vehicle was damaged by a shopping cart.
— At 5:10 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to Maple Street and Boone Avenue after a tractor-trailer hit a utility pole and damaged power lines.

— At 10:07 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 301 Moundale Court concerning a person stealing items and urinating on the door.
— At 10:33 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 2000 Fortune Drive concerning a theft.
— At 11:05 a.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning a person attempting to have sexual relations with a juvenile.
— At 4:28 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 359 E. Broadway St. concerning a person stealing electricity from the caller.
— At 5:53 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 308 Canewood Drive concerning a stolen vehicle.
— At 8:17 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 44 Garner St. for a sexual misconduct complaint.
Accidents
— At 9:29 a.m. Friday, officers responded to an injury accident on Bypass Road in which Andrew R. worley of 570 Constitution Drive was driving on Martin Luther King Jr. Drive and looked down as he entered the intersection. He then collided with a vehicle on Bypass Road, driven by Carl W. Ashcraft of 1500 Elkin Station Road. Ashcraft was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
