— Jesse Edward Ginter, 30, was charged Tuesday as a fugitive from another state.

— At 4:40 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 110 Shoppers Village Plaza concerning a stolen purse.

— At 5:29 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 102 W. Lexington Ave. after a vehicle was damaged.
