CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Accidents

— At 5:10 a.m. Wednesday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Donaldson Road in which Douglas S. Bourdon of 2475 Donaldson Road was traveling north when he swerved to avoid a deer and struck a tree. Bourdon was transported by private vehicle to Clark Regional Medical Center after complaining of chest pain.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Tuesday, EMS personnel responded to 17 general medical calls and one seizure.

— At 11:22 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Lexington Avenue and Oxford Drive.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 6:35 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to a brush fire at 3076 Water Works Road.

— At 5:10 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at North Middletown and Donaldson roads.

— At 7:55 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Colby Road.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Preston Daniel Gross, 30, was charged Tuesday with public intoxication and possession of marijuana.

— Nancy M. Michael, 39, was charged Tuesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Elizabeth A. Reisig, 32, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence.

Reports

— At 12:40 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 250 Oxford Drive concerning a stolen vehicle.

— At 1:07 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning a stolen engagement ring which was found at a pawn shop.

— At 3:36 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 726 Byrd Ave. after someone broke into a residence.

Accidents

— At 11:25 a.m. Tuesday, officers responded to an injury accident on West Lexington Avenue in which a vehicle driven by Michael D. Hufnagle of 116 Baldwin Ave., was attempting to cross West Lexington Avenue near Oxford Drive while traffic was stopped. A second vehicle, driven by Lexi R. Means of 1313 A Fulton Road, was traveling in the westbound turn lane and the two vehicles collided. Two passengers in Means’ vehicle were transported to Clark Regional Medical Center after complaining of stomach pain.
