— On Wednesday, emergency personnel responded to 18 general medical calls.

Charged
— James Amburgey, 46, was charged Wednesday with no brake lights and driving on a DUI-suspended license (first offense).
— Kevin Bell, 43, was charged Wednesday with possession of a controlled substance and second-degree fleeing or evading police.
— Ryan Chupp, 52, was charged Wednesday with failure to yield right-of-way and operating on a suspended or revoked license.
— Carrie Fincher, 48, was charged Wednesday with operating on a suspended or revoked license.
— Zachary Noble, 33, was charged Wednesday with theft by unlawful taking $500 or more.
— Roy Sizemore, 40, was charged Wednesday with buying or possessing drug paraphernalia and second-degree fleeing or evading police.
— Matthew Stacy, 25, was charged Wednesday with alcohol intoxication in a public place and theft of services.

— At 12:59 a.m. Wednesday, officers responded to 27 E. Washington St. concerning a woman coming into the caller’s apartment, assaulting her by punching her in the right eye and then leaving to another apartment.
— At 5:10 a.m. Wednesday, officers responded to 27 E. Washington St. concerning a male suspect attempting to kick in the door of an apartment.
— At 6:13 a.m. Wednesday, officers responded to 27 E. Washington St. concerning a domestic disturbance.
— At 2:34 p.m. Wednesday, officers responded to 555 Country Club Court concerning an argument in which a female pushed the male up against a car and was throwing his clothing out of the house.
— At 4:31 p.m. Wednesday, officers took a report of a scam in which the person sent half of the money required to purchase a cell phone but never received the phone. The complainant said the caller was not returning messages.
At 4:57 p.m. Wednesday, officers responded to a call at 31 Sylvania Ave. concerning someone breaking into a camper.
— At 7:09 p.m. Wednesday, officers responded to 103 Fitch Ave. concerning a noise complaint.
— At 7:47 p.m. Wednesday, officers respond to 115 Strode Station Circle concerning someone breaking into a vacant apartment and moving their stuff in without permission.
— At 8:36 p.m. Wednesday, officers responded to 359 E. Washington St. concerning a breaking and entering.
— At 8:54 p.m. Wednesday, officers responded to Flanagan Street concerning people fighting in the street.
— At 9:01 p.m. Wednesday, officers responded to 139 Holly Ave. concerning someone hanging out in an abandoned home.
— At 9:56 p.m. Wednesday, officers took a report of harassment.
— At 10:11 p.m. Wednesday, officers responded to 508 College St. concerning a stolen cell phone.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 5:10 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at the intersection of North Middletown and Donaldson roads.
— At 7:55 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters assisted emergency medical crews with a call at Colby Road.
