— Tiffany J. Carrington, fraudulent use of ID to receive benefits (two counts, pleaded guilty, recommended one year and one day concurrent; receiving stolen property, pleaded guilty, recommended one year and one day concurrent; sentencing April 18.

— Tiffany Carrington, first-degree bail jumping, pleaded guilty, recommended one year and one day, consecutive to previous case, sentencing April 18.

— Jonathan Brinegar, probation violation, stipulated to violation, sentence imposed, to serve balance of two years.

— James A. McDonald, first-degree assault (two counts), amended to first-degree assault under extreme emotional disturbance, pleaded guilty, recommended four years concurrent; second-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed; sentencing April 18.
