CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Charged
— Amber Robinette, 37, of Morehead, was charged Friday with driving under the influence, tampering with physical evidence, possession of a controlled substance, failure to notify state of address change, no proof of insurance, no insurance, possession of drug paraphernalia and no registration receipt.
Accidents
— At 11:27 p.m. Thursday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Intestate 64 near the 98 mile marker in which Treva N. McIntosh of Jeffersonville said she was traveling west when her vehicle was struck by another and overturned several times. The driver of the other vehicle, Amber D. Robinette of Morehead, said she did not remember what happened and admitted to taking heroin and methamphetamine prior to the crash. Robinette was arrested on multiple charges and McIntosh was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 11:32 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to an injury accident near the 96 mile marker on Interstate 64.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— On Thursday, EMS personnel responded to five general medical calls, one cardiac case and two respiratory cases.
— At 7:05 a.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at 4000 Corporate Drive.
— At 2:31 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to a smell of gas at Winchester City Hall, 32 Wall St.
— At 3:54 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to a garbage fire at 12 Carol Road.
— At 11:27 p.m. Thursday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident near the 97 mile marker on Interstate 64.
WINCHESTER POLICE
Charged
— Jason Rashard Fulz, 40, was charged Thursday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (two counts).
Reports
— At 6:39 p.m. Thursday, officers took a report concerning the theft of two video game systems and games.
— At 9:08 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 1500 Bypass Road concerning a theft of a pair of boots.
— At 9:59 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 27 E. Washington St. concerning a stolen phone.
