WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— From Friday through Sunday, EMS personnel responded to 32 general medical calls, five cardiac cases, one diabetic case, one stroke and two seizures.
— At 7:27 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a vehicle fire at 824 Bypass Road.
— At 8:39 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Chelsea and Paris roads.
— At 4:29 a.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 415 Magnolia St. It was a false alarm.
— At 10:04 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 675 Rolling Hills Lane. It was a false alarm.
— At 3:24 pm. Sunday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 241 S. Highland St. It was a false alarm.
— At 6:26 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 106 Spruce Court. It was caused by food left on a stove.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 10:47 a.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Thompson Station Road,
— At 7:40 p.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on April Way.
— At 4:54 p.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Lexington Road.
— At 6:31 p.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Colby Ridge Boulevard.
— At 12:24 a.m. Monday, firefighters were called to 309 Potomac Drive for a report of smoke in the area.
WINCHESTER POLICE
Charged
— Christopher Fugate, 35, was charged Sunday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (two counts) and driving on a suspended operator’s license.
— Roberto Hernandez, 36, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence, leaving the scene of an accident and first-degree criminal mischief.
— Jacob Christopher Johnson, 38, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence.
— Chad Allen Renner, 34, was charged Friday with public intoxication, prescription controlled substance not in proper container and second-degree possession of a controlled substance.
Reports
— At 6:11 a.m. Friday, officers were called to 224 Jackson St. concerning a stolen vehicle.
— At 10 a.m. Friday, officers were called to Beacon of Hope, 850 Bypass Road, concerning a person who was kicked out now making threats and trying to start a fire.
— At 9:28 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 122 E. Lexington Ave. concerning an assault.
— At 1:33 p.m. Saturday, officers took a report concerning a person sending a child threatening messages.
— At 5:11 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 4 W. Washington St. after a vehicle damaged a gas pump.
— At 6:51 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 504 Mallory Lane concerning a person making threats over the telephone.
Accidents
— At 8:39 p.m. Friday, officers responded to an injury accident on Paris Road in which Nancy Brooks of 402 Pepperwood Court struck a deer. Brooks was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
