— Jon Howard, 28, of 2765 Pilot View Road, was charged Monday with third-degree assault, terroristic threatening, public intoxication, disorderly conduct and menacing.

— At 1:40 p.m. Monday, deputies were called to 238 Cook Ave. concerning a possible neglect case.

— At 6:53 p.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Schollsville Road.

 

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Monday, EMS personnel responded to 10 general medical calls, two cardiac cases, one respiratory case and one overdose.

 

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Ashley N. Groves, 35, was charged Monday with failure to or improper signal, possession of drug paraphernalia, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two counts) and first-degree promoting contraband.

Reports

— At 8:19 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 93 Holiday Road after someone broke into a garage and took a handgun from a vehicle.
