The Healthy Choice for Every Body series is designed to educate the whole family with new ways to eat healthy and exercise for maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Each lesson of this series will include a recipe demonstration and tips on topics such as meal planning, eating better on a budget, and weight management. RDC will be transitioning to students requesting classes through Infinite Campus Student Portal. The student portal scheduling window will only be open at designated times. RDC is hosting an informational night for incoming students to explain this process, answer any questions and provide students and guardians an opportunity to request classes for the 2019-20 school year. — Celebrate Recovery meeting, 7 p.m. at Calvary Christian Church, 15 Redwing Drive. CR is a Christ-centered recovery program based on the eight Beatitudes, the 12 Steps and their Biblical comparison. There are also programs fro children kindergarten to 12 years and also for teens age 13 to 19. Child care is provided for children up to 4 years old. Meetings are each Tuesday.
