Juanita is a graduate of Clark County High School and the University of Kentucky with a Bachelors of Science Degree. She also attended Kentucky Wesleyan College. Juanita retired with 31 years of civil service as a budget analyst and auditor with the Lexington Bluegrass Army Depot.
