CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Charged
— Christopher Galloway, 43, of 301 Tower Lane, was charged Tuesday with receiving stolen property and was served a warrant.
Reports
— At 7:44 a.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to 2430 Log Lick Road after someone broke into a residence and took a number of items and damaged a television.
— At 11:48 p.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to Combs Ferry Road after someone entered a residence and took several pieces of jewelry and a checkbook.
Accidents
— At 9:29 p.m. Tuesday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Colby Road in which a vehicle driven by Nathaniel T. Perkins of 23 E. Lexington Ave., was traveling west on Colby Road when he lost control of his vehicle, went off the road and struck a tree. The vehicle overturned. Perkins’ passenger Brittany S. Perkins was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— On Tuesday, EMS personnel responded to nine general medical calls, five cardiac cases and one overdose.
— At 9:29 p.m. Tuesday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident at Colby and Basin Springs roads.

Charged
— Chenoa Eve Barnett, 36, was charged Tuesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, third-degree possession of a controlled substance, second-degree promoting contraband and theft by unlawful taking.
— Angela M. Hall, 53, was charged Tuesday with alcohol intoxication, second-degree promoting contraband and illegal possession of a legend drug.
— Anthony Noplis, 46, was charged Tuesday with prescription controlled substance not in proper container, third-degree possession of a controlled substance and was served a warrant.
— Melissa M. Taylor, 35, was charged Tuesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and was served a warrant.

— At 9:31 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Rural King, 951 Bypass Road, concerning a theft.
— At 12:25 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 23 Alabama St. concerning a theft of clothes and property damage.
— At 3:34 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 728 Boone Ave. concerning a theft of food.
— At 5:48 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 148 Linden Ave. concerning an assault.
— At 5:50 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning a burglary at Winn Avenue Storage.
— At 7:48 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 27 W. Broadway St. concerning a theft of candles and hair dye. Chenoa Eve Barnett was arrested on multiple charges.

— At 3:24 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 271 Winn Ave.
— At 9:29 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Colby and Basin Springs roads.
