The Robert D. Campbell Junior High Cardinals came away with a sweep of Lexington Christian Academy Tuesday night. In the girls’ game, the Lady Cardinals defeated the Lady Eagles 3-0.

In the boys’ game, the Cardinals rolled to a 10-0 victory over the Eagles. Wade Richardson had a hat trick with three goals for Campbell.

Both teams are undefeated and close out the regular-season against McNabb tonight at home.

The Bluegrass Middle School Athletic Conference Tournament begins Monday. If Campbell wins both games Thursday, they will have the top seed and home-field advantage in the first two rounds. The finals will be played at McNabb on May 2.
