— Alan C. Martin, distribution of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor (three counts), pleaded guilty, recommended one year each, sentencing July 11.

— Eric Lucas, complicity to commit third-degree burglary, pleaded guilty, recommended three years diverted for two years; first-degree criminal mischief, pleaded guilty, recommended concurrent sentence; first-degree wanton endangerment, pleaded guilty, recommended concurrent sentence; second-degree criminal trespass, pleaded guilty, recommended 30 days concurrent; leaving scene of an accident, amended to failure to file accident report, pleaded guilty, recommended one day in lieu of fines; sentencing June 20.

— Tiffany J. Carrington, fraudulent use of an ID card to receive benefits (two counts), sentenced to one year and one day concurrent, probated for two years; receiving stolen property, sentenced to one year consecutive, probated for two years.

— Tiffany Carrington, first-degree bail jumping, sentenced to one year, probated for two years, consecutive to previous case.
