CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Charged
— Anthony Wells, 38, of 13515 Irvine Road, was charged Saturday with leaving the scene of an accident, driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license and failure to surrender a revoked operator’s license.
— John Peterson, 32, of Mount Vernon, was charged Sunday with possession of a controlled substance, driving under the influence, no insurance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Reports
— At 3:39 p.m. Thursday, deputies were called to 5250 Revilo Road after a gutter fell on a vehicle and caused damage.
— At 3:58 p.m. Saturday, deputies were called to the 11 mile marker of the Mountain Parkway concerning a dog running loose on the highway. The dog was eventually captured and turned over to animal control.
— At 5:12 a.m. Monday, deputies were called to 4312 Revilo Road after someone broke into a truck and took a CB radio, GPS unit and other property.
— At 6:08 p.m. Saturday, deputies took a report concerning a possible theft from Red River Road.
Accidents
— At 11:26 a.m. Friday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Mount Sterling Road in which Russell B. Fitzpatrick of Mount Sterling went off the road and struck a utility pole. He was treated at the scene by EMS personnel.
— At 1:46 p.m. Saturday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Irvine Road in which a vehicle driven by Anthony Wells of 13515 Irvine Road went off the road and struck a utility pole. He was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— During the weekend, EMS personnel responded to 29 general medical calls, two cardiac cases, three respiratory cases, two seizures and one obstetric case.
— At 10:44 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a smell of natural gas at 353 Hill St.
— At 11:26 a.m. Friday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident at Mount Sterling and Goose Creek roads.
— At 7:05 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a transformer on fire at 101 New St.
— At 1:47 p.m. Saturday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident at Irvine Road and McKinley Lane.
— At 1:54 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Bypass Road and McCormick Drive.
— At 3:39 p.m. Sunday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident on Ferry Road.
— At 5:59 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 532 Estes Drive. It was a false alarm.

— At 1:47 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Irvine Road.
— At 1:09 p.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Red River Road.
— At 1:32 p.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at Fountain Circle, 200 Glenway Road.
— At 3:40 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Ferry Road.
— At 8:03 a.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Irvine Road.

Charged
— Gerald W. Culbertson, 55, was charged Sunday with theft by unlawful taking.
— Alexander Eastridge, 20, was charged Saturday with second-degree fleeing or evading police and was served a warrant.
— Olivia A. Maison, 23, was charged Saturday with alcohol intoxication, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.
— Casey Leigh Moore, 33, was charged Saturday with theft by unlawful taking.
— Eric Christian Sparkman, 39, was charged Friday with possession of marijuana and was served a warrant.
— James B. Townsend, 30, was charged Saturday with theft by unlawful taking.
— Ruth Lane Watkins, 36, was charged Friday with driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license and was served a warrant.

— At 7:42 a.m. Friday, officers took a report concerning a stolen trombone from Baker Intermediate School.
— At 9:29 a.m. Friday, officers were called to 1110 Pioneer Drive after someone tried to cash a check in the caller’s name.
— At 10:34 a.m. Friday, officers took a report concerning a change purse which was found near the Clark County Detention Center.
— At 10:56 a.m. Friday, officers were called to 201 W. Lexington Ave. concerning a theft.
— At 4:32 p.m. Friday, officers took a report concerning a person who tried to kill the caller.
— At 2:40 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to Speedway, 39 S. Maple St., concerning a theft. Casey Moore was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.
— At 3:32 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 10 Westside Drive concerning a suspicious person. Alexander Eastridge was arrested on multiple charges.
— At 7:02 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 1100 Interstate Drive concerning a theft of equipment from a truck.
— At 8:29 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 625 N. Maple St. concerning a stolen truck.
— At 12:58 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 120 Strode Station Circle concerning the theft of a cell phone and cash.
— At 1:44 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to Speedway, 39 S. Maple St., concerning a theft.
— At 7:27 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning two suspected shoplifters. James B. Townsend was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.

— At 1:41 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning two children left unattended in a running vehicle.
— At 2:35 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to Rural King, 951 Bypass Road, concerning a theft of boots. Gerald W. Culbertson was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.
— At 3:58 p.m. Sunday, officers took a report concerning a missing firearm from a vehicle.
— At 5:03 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 118 Stevenson Heights after someone tried to break into a residence.
— At 5:14 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 16 Denny Ave. after someone broke into a residence and took a cell phone and cash.
— At 11:37 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 175 Winn Ave. after someone broke into a residence and took cash.
Accidents
– At 1:48 p.m. Sunday, officers responded to an injury accident on Bypass Road in which a vehicle driven by Robert Nichols of Lexington pulled out from a parking lot and did not see an oncoming vehicle, driven by Michelle Evans of Richmond, before the two collided. Evans’ passenger Sierra Evans was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center after complaining of back, neck and shoulder pain.
