CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Latisha Hamilton, 20, of Teaberry, was charged Monday with driving under the influence, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, prescription controlled substance not in proper container, third-degree possession of a controlled substance and failure to maintain insurance.

Accidents

— At 5:57 p.m. Tuesday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Mount Sterling Road in which Amy W. Shields of Lexington exited Interstate 64 at exit 101 and did not stop. Her vehicle then struck a vehicle traveling on Mount Sterling Road, driven by Mary L. Younger of 12150 Irvine Road. Younger and her passenger Jessie Younger were both transported to the hospital with unspecified injuries.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Monday, EMS personnel responded to 15 general medical calls, four cardiac cases, two diabetic cases, one stroke and two seizures.

— On Tuesday, EMS personnel responded to four general medical calls, one cardiac case, three respiratory cases and one overdose.

— At 10:11 a.m. Monday, firefighters were called to 100 Winchester Plaza for a bush on fire. It was extinguished.

— At 6:10 p.m. Monday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident at 5909 Lexington Road.

— At 1:26 a.m. Tuesday, EMS personnel responded to an alarm sounding at the Winchester Sun, 20 Wall St. It was a false alarm.

— At 5:58 p.m. Tuesday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident on Mount Sterling Road at Interstate 64 exit 101.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Steven C. Conway, 29, was charged Monday with driving under the influence.

— Jason N. Brewster, 35, was charged Tuesday with driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license and leaving the scene of an accident.

— Christopher James Bullock, 24, was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct, second-degree criminal trespass and impersonating a peace officer.

— Matthew D. Campbell, 37, was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking.
