CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Charged
— Richard Wallace, 43, of 3560 Old Ruckerville Road, was charged Thursday with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence, no registration plate and possession of open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
— Ryan Bowser, 29, of 2570 Ecton Road, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence (second offense) and possession of marijuana.
Reports
— At 8:16 a.m. Thursday, deputies took a report concerning the caller’s debit card being used in Lexington without permission.
— At 6:58 a.m. Wednesday, deputies ere called to 113 Shanahan Lane after a car was vandalized.
— At 11:03 a.m. Thursday, deputies were called to 1449 Cabin Creek Road after someone fired a weapon and damaged the caller’s property.
— At 10:44 a.m. Thursday, deputies were called to 5763 Muddy Creek Road concerning a stolen firearm.
— At 2:33 p.m. Thursday, deputies responded to a report of several vehicles striking debris on the Mountain Parkway near the 3 mile marker. A truck driver said a part on a trailer broke and caused rock to fall onto the highway.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— On Thursday, EMS personnel responded to 12 general medical calls, one cardiac case, one seizure and one obstetric case.
— At 2:11 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 29 Fairview Ave. It was caused by a pan left on a stove.
— At 4:15 p.m. Thursday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident on Mount Sterling Road near exit 101 on Interstate 64.
— At 6:50 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to a structure fire at 387 Boone Ave.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 4:15 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Mount Sterling Road.
— At 8:54 p.m. Thursday, firefighters assisted Winchester Fire-EMS with a structure fire at 387 Boone Ave.
WINCHESTER POLICE
Charged
— Jacob Anthony Bowman, 31, was charged Thursday with fraudulent use of a credit card.
— Christopher Lee Burgess, 29, was charged Thursday with public intoxication and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.
— Kevin A. Carson, 30, was charged Thursday with second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.
— Kayla Epperson Hall, 29, was charged Thursday with first-degree criminal trespass.

— At 1:25 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to 114 Olde Potomac Ave. concerning a theft of tools.
— At 11:42 a.m. Thursday, officers took a report concerning an emergency protection order violation.
— At 12:02 p.m. Thursday, officers took a report concerning a harassment complaint.
— At 3:18 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 875 Colby Road for a counterfeiting complaint. Kevin A. Carson was arrested and charged with second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.
— At 5:34 p.m. Thursday, officers took a report concerning a theft of several items from a vehicle overnight.
— At 7:44 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 13 Rowland Ave. concerning a stolen vehicle.
