CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Reports

— At 8:58 a.m. Thursday, deputies were called to the 93 mile marker of Interstate 64 for the theft of a trailer from the side of the highway.

— At 12:22 p.m. Thursday, the county attorney investigator was called to 1444 Iron Works Road concerning a stolen vehicle.

— At 5:50 p.m. Thursday, deputies took a report concerning a stolen cell phone.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 2:23 p.m. Thursday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Amster Grove Court.

— At 2:59 p.m. Thursday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Ecton Road.

— At 3:33 p.m. Thursday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Wills Rupard Road.

— At 7:08 p.m. Thursday, firefighters assisted Powell County officials with a swift water rescue.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Kenneth Dale Carmack, 62, was charged Thursday with possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Jacob Alan Conner, 23, was charged Thursday with alcohol intoxication and second-degree fleeing or evading police.

— Joseph Bernard Slone, 26, was charged Thursday with driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license and failure to maintain insurance.

— Evart K. Zornes, 36, was charged Thursday with violation of an EPO/DVO.

— At 12:45 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to 1137 Dale Drive for a domestic disturbance. Jacob Alan Conner was arrested on multiple charges.

— At 12:28 p.m. Thursday, officers took a report concerning a harassment complaint.

— At 2:51 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 1521 Bypass Road. concerning a theft.

— At 4:03 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 6 French Ave. concerning a theft.

— At 4:22 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 314 E. Broadway St. concerning a theft.

— At 6:12 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 122 Bane Place concerning a theft of a porcelain rooster.

— At 8:50 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 122 Finley Road for a domestic disturbance. Evart Zornes was arrested for violation of an EPO/DVO.
