CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Jason Mullins, 37, was charged Monday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, receiving stolen property, tampering with physical evidence, resisting arrest and destruction of a VIN number.

— Amber Gerber, 28, of 1380 Right Angle Road, was charged Monday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, destruction of a VIN number and receiving stolen property.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Monday, EMS personnel responded to 11 general medical calls, two cardiac cases, one diabetic case, one seizure and one overdose.

— At 12:19 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at Brown Proctor Apartments, 108 S. Main St. It was a false alarm.

— At 4:04 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 1100 Enterprise Drive. It was a false alarm.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Shannon Michelle Jones, 47, was charged Monday with public intoxication (two counts), and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— At 9:01 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to 39 S. Maple St. concerning a theft.

— At 2:53 a.m. Friday, officers were called to East Broadway Street and Park Avenue concerning a person causing problems.

— At 1:16 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 1575 Bypass Road concerning an internal theft.

— At 3:30 p.m. Friday, officers were called to Bypass and Colby roads after a man got out of a vehicle and broke the windshield in the caller’s vehicle.

— At 5:47 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 225 Oxford Drive concerning a theft of money.

— At 9:51 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 133 Buckner St. concerning a stolen bicycle.

— At midnight Saturday, officers were called to 290 S. Main St. concerning an assault. Maria Guadalupe was arrested and charged with fourth-degree assault.

— At 9:53 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 1023 W. Lexington Ave. concerning a child walking along Lexington Avenue with adult supervision.

— At 11:27 a.m. Saturday, officers took a report concerning the theft of a firearm and television from an apartment.

— At 2:38 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 114 E. Lexington Ave. concerning  a domestic disturbance.

— At 4:07 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to 1960 Bypass Road concerning a theft during the night.

— At 12:47 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 288 Vaught Road concerning a theft of furniture, a clothes washer and a dryer.

— At 4:13 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a woman leaving without paying for several items. Jessica M. Reed was arrested on multiple charges.

— At 4:26 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 23 1/2 Wheeler Ave. concerning a stolen swing.

— At 8:24 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 135 Linden Ave. concerning a theft of medication.

— At 1:23 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 144 Holly Ave. concerning an assault. Shannon Michelle Jones was arrested on multiple charges.

— At 7:44 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 250 Oxford Drive concerning a broken window on a vehicle in the parking lot.

— At 8:53 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 523 Country Club Court for a domestic disturbance.

— At 10:07 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 250 Oxford Drive for a vandalism complaint.

— At 11:27 a.m. Monday, officers wer called to 107 Holly Ave. for a breaking and entering complaint. Shannon Jones was arrested and charged with public intoxication.

— At 11:41 a.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning a stolen cell phone.

— At 12:06 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 101 S. Burns Ave. for an investigation.

— At 1:20 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 203 Holly Ave. for a criminal trespassing complaint.

— At 4:08 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 350 N. Main St. concerning a theft of cash.

— At 4:14 p.m. Monday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a theft.

— At 4:26 p.m. Monday, officers were called to Hickman and Kentucky streets concerning a theft.

— At 6:07 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 250 Oxford Drive concerning an assault.

— At 6:30 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 220 Oxford Drive concerning a stolen vehicle.

— At 10:21 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 104 April Way concerning a theft of beer.

Accidents

— At 2:01 p.m. Friday, officers responded to an injury accident at Maple and Washington streets in which a vehicle driven by Richard D. Merckel of Lexington collided with one driven by Darla Martin of 132 Cook Ave. Police said Martin’s vehicle was part of a funeral procession crossing Maple Street. Merckel said he saw a break in the line, thought the procession was over and continued through the intersection when the traffic light turned green. One of Martin’s passengers, Doris Agee of 213 Woodbine Court, was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
