WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Tuesday, EMS personnel responded to five general medical calls, two cardiac cases and one overdose.

— At 4:40 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 40 Jean Court. It was a false alarm.

— At 7:11 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 24 Kittison Drive. It was a false alarm.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— William L. Crawford, 39, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence, failure to maintain insurance and alcohol intoxication.

— Alvin Taylor Crowe, 58, was charged Tuesday with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering with physical evidence and was served a warrant.

— Nancy M. Michael, 40, was charged Tuesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— Antonio Munez, 42, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence and no operator’s license.

— Laura Lyn Wilburn, 36, was charged Tuesday with second-degree criminal abuse.

— Michael Shane Wilburn, 41, was charged Tuesday with second-degree criminal abuse.

Reports

— At 9:22 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 34 Franklin Ave. for an investigation. Michael Wilburn and Laura Wilburn were arrested and charged with second-degree criminal abuse.

— At 3:51 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning a theft from a bank account.

— At 4:01 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 232 Jackson St. concerning a theft of tools and other large items.
