— Johnny Christopher, theft by unlawful taking – auto less than $10,000, pleaded guilty, sentenced to two years, probated for two years; theft by unlawful taking – auto more than $10,000, pleaded guilty, sentenced to six years probated for two years, concurrent; second-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed.

— Vance Edward Brinegar, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two counts), pleaded guilty sentenced to two years and one day concurrent; second-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed.

— Joshua Proffitt, first-degree burglary, amended to second-degree criminal trespass, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 97 days; violation of conditions of release, dismissed.

— Joshua D. Proffitt, first-degree bail jumping, pleaded guilty, recommended one year, sentencing Aug. 8.
