CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Tammy Pelfrey, 50, of 5916 Van Meter Road, was charged Sunday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and was served a warrant.

— Sheila Fulton, 66, of Lexington, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence (second offense), reckless driving, expired operator’s license, no insurance, no proof of insurance, improper display of registration plate and no registration receipt.

Reports

— At 2:41 a.m. Sunday, deputies were called to 3916 Van Meter Road for a domestic disturbance. Tammy Pelfrey was arrested on multiple charges.

Accidents

— At 2:14 p.m. Saturday, deputies responded to an injury accident on McClure Road in which a vehicle driven by Ryan O. Miller of 4406 McClure Road was stopped at a stop sign when it was struck from behind by another vehicle, driven by David M. Fields of 305 Foxglove Court. A passenger in Miller’s vehicle, Lasandra Means of 4406 McClure Road, was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.

FIRE-EMS

— From Friday through Sunday, EMS personnel responded to 30 general medical calls, two cardiac cases, two respiratory cases, one diabetic case and three seizures.

— At 3:33 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 700 Tech Drive. It was a false alarm.

— At 6:24 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a vehicle fire at 4 Sycamore St.

— At 9:54 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at 1128 W. Lexington Ave.

— At 4:48 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Boonesboro and Ford roads.

— At 5:14 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a vehicle fire at Bypass and Colby roads.

— At 8 a.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 1100 Enterprise Drive. It was a false alarm.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 4:49 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Old Boonesboro and Ford roads.

— At 5:04 p.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Trapp Goffs Corner Road.

— At 7:56 a.m. Saturday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Irvine Road.

— At 2:15 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at McClure and Colby roads.

— At 9:39 p.m. Saturday, firefighters were called to 137 Mimosa Drive for an investigation.

— At 2:04 p.m. Sunday, firefighters were called to 12220 Irvine Road for an investigation.

— At 3:23 p.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Duval Avenue.

— Mark F. Boes, 65, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence.

— Randall Jerry Burke, 62, was charged Friday with theft by unlawful taking.

— Jeffrey Scott Crowe, 56, was charged Friday with possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Larry Drew Fraley, 33, was charged Friday with second-degree fleeing or evading police, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and second-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— Holly Mounts, 25, was charged Saturday with public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Alyssa Ann Nord, 30, was charged Sunday as a fugitive from another state.

— Anthony Prater, no age give, was charged Sunday with theft by unlawful taking and tampering with physical evidence.

— David L. Sowder, 66, was charged Sunday with failure to give right of way to emergency vehicle and second-degree wanton endangerment.

— Anita Lynn Young, 53, was charged Friday with first-degree criminal mischief.

— At 12:58 p.m. Friday, officers took a report concerning the fraudulent use of a bank card.

— At 7:29 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 34 S. Burns Ave. for a harassment complaint. Jeffrey Crowe was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.

— At 7:53 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 36 Lisle Lane after a bike was found in the woods.

— At 8:13 p.m. Friday, officers were called to Rural King, 951 Bypass Road, concerning a theft of tools.

— At 8:39 p.m. Friday, officers were called to Rural King, 951 Bypass Road, concerning a theft of several items.

— At 11:34 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 121 Finley Road concerning a recovered bicycle.

— At 9:15 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 138 Holly Ave. concerning a stolen bicycle.

— At 9:16 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 75 Holiday Road. concerning a person making threats.

— At 10:18 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to 5 Hiawatha Trail concerning a stolen speaker.

— At 10:47 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to 1500 Bypass Road concerning an unauthorized purchase one the caller’s bank card.

Accidents

— At 9:54 a.m. Friday, officers responded to an injury accident on West Lexington Avenue in which a vehicle driven by Elsie C. Catron of Stanton was turning onto West Lexington Avenue and pulled in front of an oncoming vehicle, driven by Cody R. Shelley of Mount Sterling in a Winchester Municipal Utilities truck. Catron was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
