CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Stephanie Eversole, 37, of 24 Fairview Ave., was charged Wednesday with theft by unlawful taking.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Wednesday, EMS personnel responded to 10 general medical calls, two cardiac cases and one seizure.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Chenoa Eve Barnett, 36, was charged Wednesday with possession of drug paraphernalia, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and was served a warrant.

— Dalton Reed Rogers, 23, was charged Wednesday with public intoxication, resisting arrest, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, third-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, first-degree promoting contraband and was served a warrant.

Reports

— At 3:28 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 789 Country Club Court concerning a possible assault.

— At 4:15 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 103 Southern Court concerning an assault.

— At 8:48 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to Winchester-Clark County Parks and Recreation, 30 Wheeler Ave., for a fight in progress at the basketball courts.

Accidents

— At 8:38 a.m. Tuesday, officers responded to an injury accident on Oxford Drive in which a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle while crossing the road. The vehicle left the scene, and the pedestrian, Melinda S. Conner of 206 Oxford Drive, was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
