— Clark County Human Services Council meeting, noon at Arby’s. Representatives of all human services agencies serving Clark County are invited to attend.

— Winchester-Clark County Farmers Market, 4 to 6 p.m. on Depot Street.

— Winchester Board of Commissioners meeting, 5:30 p.m. at Winchester City Hall, 32 Wall St. Preceded by workshop meeting at 4 p.m.

— Clark County Board of Education meeting, 6:30 p.m. at Central Office, 1600 W. Lexington Ave. Open to the public.

— Celebrate Recovery meeting, 7 p.m. at Calvary Christian Church, 15 Redwing Drive. CR is a Christ-centered recovery program based on the eight Beatitudes, the 12 Steps and their Biblical comparison. There are also programs for children kindergarten to 12 years and also for teens age 13 to 19. Childcare is provided for children up to 4 years old. Meetings are each Tuesday. — Rock The Block summer concert series, 7 to 9 p.m. on Main Street in downtown Winchester. Free. Featuring the Bent Penny Band.

— Moonlight Movie Nights showing of “Mary Poppins Returns,” 7 p.m. at BCTC Winchester-Clark County Campus, 2020 Rolling Hills Lane. Admission is free. There will be food trucks, inflatable slides, vendor booths, popcorn, snow cones, silent auctions and giveaways. Movies will begin at dusk, around 9 p.m.

SATURDAY, JULY 20

— Winchester-Clark County Farmers Market, 8 a.m. to noon on Depot Street.

— Car cruise-in for Rose Mary C. Brooke Place, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 200 Rose Mary Drive. There will be cars, music and food. Dash plaques given to the first 40 cars.

— Kentucky Humanities Council presents Debra Faulk as Nancy Green, also known as Aunt Jemima the pancake queen, 2 p.m. at First Baptist Church, 37 N. Highland St. Sponsored by the Winchester Black History and Heritage Committee.

— Cool History on Hot Days, 2 to 5 p.m. at Fort Boonesborough State Park, 4375 Boonesboro Road. Free with paid admission to the fort. Programs will relate to early Kentucky history and be presented in the Blockhouse.
