Two women charged with filming an explicit video involving a juvenile pleaded guilty to wanton endangerment charges.

Constance Haggard and Deanna Brock, were both indicted a year ago for the incident, which involved a 17-year-old girl. Police said the juvenile participated in a sexual act with the women, which they filmed.

The victim told police she was intoxicated at the time and did not remember the incident.

Thursday in Clark Circuit Court, Haggard pleaded guilty to one count of first-degree wanton endangerment, which was amended from use of a minor in a sexual performance. The amendment means Haggard will not have to register as a sex offender, Clark Circuit Judge Brandy Oliver Brown said.

Likewise, Brock also pleaded guilty to first-degree wanton endangerment as well as first-degree unlawful transaction with a minor.

Prosecutors recommended a five year sentence for endangerment, while Brock would serve an additional two years for unlawful transaction. Brock’s sentences would run consecutively for a total of seven years.

Both are scheduled to be sentenced Sept. 12, and remain in the Clark County Detention Center.
