— Melissa L. Finney, public intoxication, pleaded guilty, recommended 30 days; resisting arrest, pleaded guilty, recommended 30 days; third-degree assault, pleaded guilty, recommended one year; third-degree assault, dismissed; violation of conditions of release, dismissed; sentencing Sept. 12.
— Deanna Brock, use of a minor in a sexual performance, amended to first-degree wanton endangerment, pleaded guilty, recommended five years; promoting a sexual performance by a minor, dismissed; possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor, amended to second-degree unlawful transaction with a minor, pleaded guilty, recommended two years consecutive; second-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed; sentencing Sept. 12.
— Constance L. Haggard, use of a minor in a sexual performance, amended to first-degree wanton endangerment, pleaded guilty, recommended five years, sentencing Sept. 12.
— Kim D. Dearing, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, sentenced to two years and one day, probated for three years; tampering with physical evidence, sentenced to two years and one day, probated for three years concurrent; resisting arrest, sentenced to 30 days concurrent; first-degree persistent felony offender dismissed.
— Isaiah Combs, first-degree promoting contraband, sentenced to one year, probated for two years.
— Amber N. Osborne, first-degree wanton endangerment, sentenced to one year, probated for three years.
— Martha Nickels, second-degree criminal abuse, amended to first-degree wanton endangerment, pleaded guilty, recommended one year diverted for two years; second-degree criminal abuse, amended to first-degree wanton endangerment, dismissed; sentencing Sept. 12.
