CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Keller Willoughby, 68, of Bourbon County, was charged Thursday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance.

— Tayzon Stewart, 26, of 130 Elm St., was charged Friday with driving under the influence, speeding, careless driving and possession of open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.

— Raymond Hulse, 27, of Richmond, was charged Sunday with possession of marijuana, tampering with physical evidence, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Jesse Patrick, 50, of Stanton, was charged Sunday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Kelly Centers, 39, of 337 E. Broadway St., was charged Sunday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with physical evidence.

— Christopher Hale, 34, of Irvine, was charged Sunday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Reports

— At 3:07 p.m. Thursday, deputies were called to 391 Killarney Drive after someone broke into a storage building and took tools.

— At 7:46 a.m. Sunday, deputies were called to 655 White Turley Road concerning a stolen truck.

— At 3:18 p.m. Sunday, deputies were called to 118 Blueberry Lane after someone entered a residence and took several items.

Accidents

— At 4:44 p.m. Saturday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Boonesboro Road in which a vehicle driven by Harold Stone of Somerset attempted to pass several vehicles and struck a vehicle as it turned onto Flanagan Station Road. Stone was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries. The other driver, Kayla Hatton of Lexington, was not injured.

— At 7:46 a.m. Sunday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Interstate 64 near the 97 mile marker in which a vehicle driven by a vehicle driven by Tristan Burr of Scottsburg, Indiana, lost control while passing another vehicle, driven by Thomas E. Wilson of Frenchburg. Burr was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.

— At 6:43 p.m. Friday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Interstate 64 near the 97 mile marker in which Gregory K. Sorrell of Mount Sterling was traveling east and attempted to slow for a vehicle in front, but the brake pedal went to the floor. Sorrell’s vehicle then collided with a road painting truck, driven by Edison N. Dingus of Owingsville. Sorrell was transported to the University of Kentucky Medical Center with unspecified injuries.

— Chasity Lee Rae Hall, 24, was charged Thursday with driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license and disregarding a traffic control device.

— Michael James Wheatley, 45, was charged Thursday with theft by unlawful taking and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Jasmine L. Fox, 31, was charged Friday with public intoxication, possession of drug paraphernalia and second-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— James E. Miller, 35, was charged Sunday with theft by unlawful taking.

— At 1:17 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to 620 N. Maple St. for an alarm sounding.

— At 10:52 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to 5 W. Broadway St. concerning a harassment complaint.

— At 12:04 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 58 Fitch Ave. for a person making racial slurs.

— At 12:18 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 5 W. Broadway St. concerning a theft.

— At 2:57 p.m. Thursday, officers took a report concerning a package.

— At 10:35 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to Clark Regional Medical Center, 175 Hospital Drive, concerning an assault.

— At 10:39 a.m. Friday, officers were called to 50 Hubbard Road concerning a theft.

— At 11:27 a.m. Friday, officers were called to 1010 Bypass Road after several vehicles were damaged, possibly by a BB gun.

— At 12:09 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 14 Fitch Ave. after someone broke into a basement.

— At 9:53 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 304 Hill St. concerning unauthorized purchases on a credit card.

— At 7:13 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 101 New St. after three vehicles were vandalized.

— At 9:50 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 302 Martins Court concerning an assault and property damage.

— At 6:01 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 160 Magnolia St. concerning damage to rental property.

— At 6:38 p.m. Saturday, officers took a report concerning a stolen phone.

— At 12:46 a.m. Sunday, officers took a report concerning a stolen wallet.

— At 1:53 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 118 E. Lexington Ave. concerning a theft.

— At 5:31 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 119 S. Burns Ave. for a domestic disturbance.

— At 11:27 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to Lexington and Wainscott avenues for a domestic disturbance.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Thursday, EMS personnel responded to 17 general medical calls, two cardiac cases, two respiratory cases and one seizure.

— During the weekend, EMS personnel responded to 43 general medical calls, two cardiac cases, four respiratory cases, two diabetic cases, two strokes, four seizures and one overdose.

— At 6:43 p.m. Friday, EMS personnel responded to an injury accident near the 97 mile marker on Interstate 64.

— At 3:48 a.m. Saturday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident near the 5 mile marker on the Mountain Parkway.

— At 6:39 a.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 625 Rolling Hills Lane. It was a false alarm.
