Charged
— Anthony Dean Tutt, 23, of Lexington, was charged Monday with no seat belt, no operator’s license, failure to produce insurance card and possession of marijuana.
Reports
— At 9:56 a.m. Monday, deputies were called to 244 Tierney Way concerning the theft of a package containing medication.
Accidents
— At 12:36 p.m. Monday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Colby Road in which Ellie G. Hatfield-Kokinda of Lexington was driving east when her vehicle went off the edge of the road and struck a tree.. Hatfield-Kokinda was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
— At 3:48 p.m. Monday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Interstate 64 near the 104 mile marker in which Christina Moore of Mount Sterling lost control of her vehicle when it hydroplaned. The vehicle then struck a guardrail. Moore and her passenger, Kayly Donathan of Mount Sterling, were transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
— At 10:38 a.m. Monday, deputies responded to an injury accident on the Mountain Parkway near the 9 mile marker in which a Jessi S. Chasteen of Irvine lost control of her vehicle when it hydroplaned. Her vehicle left the highway and struck a tree. She was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.

— Brook N. McKinney, 29, was charged Monday with theft by unlawful taking.

— At 9:03 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 6 Hiawatha Trail after someone broke into a truck’s tool box and took several tools.
— At 1:39 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 7 N. Main St. concerning the theft of an axe.
— At 4:17 p.m. Monday, officers took a report after a vehicle was struck during the weekend.
— At 7:36 p.m. Monday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a theft. Brook N. McKinney was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.
