CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Reports

— At 4:43 p.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to 528 Acadia Way concerning a stolen firearm.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Tuesday, EMS personnel responded to 15 general medical calls and two respiratory cases.

— AT 2:05 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted Clark County firefighters with a structure fire at 543 Cunningham Lane.

— At 4:50 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to a Dumpster fire at 115 S. Highland St.

— At 5:51 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters were called to 290 S. Main St. for a mulch fire.

— At 10:21 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 1330 Enterprise Drive. It was a false alarm.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 2:03 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to a structure fire at 543 Cunningham Lane.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Adam Asbury, 39, was charged Tuesday with public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Matthew S. Childress, 23, was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking.

Reports

— At 2:25 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 95 Tyler Banks Court after someone broke into a residence and took a television.

— At 4:32 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning the theft of a HVAC unit.

— At 5:06 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 4 W. Washington St. concerning a theft.

— At 7:01 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 1960 Bypass Road concerning a counterfeit $20 bill.
