WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Wednesday, EMS personnel responded to eight general medical calls, two cardiac cases, two respiratory cases and one overdose.

— At 12:07 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters were called to 239 Prescott Lane after a car struck a house. No one was injured.

CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Ira Daugherty, 35 of Wellington, was charged Wednesday with public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Reports

— At 9:36 a.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to 103 Yorktowne Court after someone broke into a storage unit and took a pressure washer and other tools.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 8:25 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Fern Court.

— At 2:49 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to a brush fire at Becknerville and Water Works roads.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Donnie Marvin Brown, 31, was charged Wednesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, first-degree fleeing or evading police, first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, theft by deception, theft of identity, resisting arrest, first-degree assault (police officer), second-degree escape, third-degree criminal mischief, third-degree possession of a controlled substance and second-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— Donnie Marvin Brown, 31, was charged Wednesday with theft of identity.

— Savannah J. Hall, 35, was charged Wednesday with theft by unlawful taking (two counts) and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— Eric Jerome Hatton, 44, was charged Wednesday with possession of drug paraphernalia and third-degree criminal trespassing.

— April Michelle Richoux, 43, was charged Wednesday with possession of drug paraphernalia and second-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— At 10:16 a.m. Wednesday, officers took a report concerning stolen weed trimmers.

— At 10:42 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 18 Short St. concerning a theft and unauthorized charges.

— At 11:19 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 920 Bypass Road concerning suspected drug activity. Eric Jerome Hatton was arrested on multiple charges.

— At 2:14 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 7 W. Lexington Ave. concerning a theft.

— At 2:18 p.m. Wednesday, officers took a report concerning a property dispute.

— At 5:11 p.m. Wednesday, officers took a report concerning an assault.

— At 5:49 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 111 Finley Road for a fight in progress.

— At 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, officers took a report concerning a purchase made with counterfeit money.

— At 7:13 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 15 Wheeler Ave. after someone threw a rock and shattered a vehicle’s windshield.
