CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Charged
— Harold W. Warner, 48, of 504 Acadia Way, was charged Friday with menacing, resisting arrest and fourth-degree assault.
— Lorie Barnett, 42, of 137 Locust Ave., was charged Saturday with speeding, driving under the influence (second offense), reckless driving, no seat belt, failure to notify state of address change and improper signal.
— Christopher Wells, 39, of 11 Hughes Ave., was charged Sunday with speeding, reckless driving, driving on a suspended operator’s license, no insurance, no registration plate, first-degree fleeing or evading police, second-degree fleeing or evading police, resisting arrest, second-degree criminal mischief, third-degree criminal mischief, first-degree wanton endangerment and disorderly conduct.
Reports
— At 4:55 p.m. Sunday, deputies were called to 1331 Midway Road after a septic system was damaged.
Accidents
— At 8:15 p.m. Sunday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Kiddville Road in which Matthew H. Raleigh of 2783 Kiddville Road went off the road and struck two mailboxes. Raleigh was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center for a possible chest and neck injury.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— During the weekend, EMS personnel responded to 34 general medical calls, seven cardiac cases, one respiratory case, one stroke, five seizures, two overdoses and one obstetric case.
— At 5:14 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a brush fire at 1520 W. Lexington Ave.
— At 11:20 p.m. Saturday, firefighters were called to 53 Memorial Park for a fire. Food had burned on the stove.
— At 10:43 a.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at Winchester City Hall, 32 Wall St. It was a false alarm.
— At 11:39 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to a brush fire at 104 Sterling St.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 7:43 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 3405 Water Works Road.
— At 4:47 p.m. Saturday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at Fountain Circle, 200 Glenway Road.
— At 6:51 p.m. Saturday, firefighters were called to 1260 Ferry Road for an overturned boat. No one was injured.
— At 10:37 p.m. Saturday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Hibiscus Lane.
— At 11:23 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Kiddville Road.
— At 1:52 p.m. Sunday, firefighters were called to Lower Howard Creek for a rescue.
— At 7:01 p.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Gilbert Court.
— At 8:15 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Kiddville Road.
— At 8:52 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 2112 Dover Court.
— At 2:05 a.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a vehicle fire near the 11 mile marker on the Mountain Parkway.

Charged
— Troy Devon Abrams, 43, was charged Friday with alcohol intoxication, violation of an EPO/DVO, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
— Nicholas Keith Griffett, 25, was charged Saturday with careless driving, disregarding a stop sign and driving under the influence.
— Andre L. Jett, 40, was charged Friday with third-degree burglary and fourth-degree assault.
— Kaylena Krueger, 32, was charged Friday with third-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and prescription controlled substance not in proper container.
— Amanda C. Means, 41, was charged Sunday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
— Dustin B. Montgomery, 32, was charged Friday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication.
— Janet Louise Reed, 43, was charged Saturday with fourth-degree assault.
— Earl James Stephens, 41, was charged Friday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and first-degree promoting contraband.
— Devon Starrlynn Tays, 26, was charged Friday with public intoxication, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and was served a warrant.
— Quinton T. Tufano, 24, was charged Friday with driving under the influence, driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license and was served a warrant.
— Jason Jerell Wakeley, 35, was charged Sunday with no operator’s license, failure to signal, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and second-degree possession of a controlled substance.
